1. Scope of Work 410 Visuals provides professional real estate and commercial photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

• Professional photography (interior and exterior)
• Video production and editing
• Drone/aerial photography and videography (if applicable)
• 3D tours and virtual walkthroughs
• Floor plans and virtual staging
• Branding reels for social media
  
  

All deliverables, quantities, and timelines will be outlined in the project quote or invoice. Services not explicitly included are considered additional and billed separately.

2. Payment Terms

• Balance is due upon delivery of final media.
• Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
  
  

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur additional fees.
• 410 Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by weather or events outside of its control.
  
  

4. Delivery & Turnaround

• Final media will be delivered digitally via secure download link.
• Formats include JPEG, PNG, MP4, or as agreed in the project quote.
• Turnaround times are specified in the project quote; expedited delivery is available for an additional fee of $50 per order.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure property is accessible and safe for 410 Visuals  staff.
• Remove clutter and secure pets as needed.
• Provide necessary permissions for drone usage and property access.
  
  

6. Copyright & Licensing

• 410 Visuals   retains copyright ownership of all media produced.
• Clients are granted a limited license for use as specified in the project quote (MLS, social media, website, print marketing).
• Unauthorized resale or distribution is prohibited.
• 410 Visuals   may use media for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
  
  

7. Liability & Indemnity

• 410 Visuals is not responsible for property damage, data loss, or injuries on client property unless caused by gross negligence.
• Clients agree to indemnify 410 Visuals for claims arising from property use, drone operations, or other third-party actions.
  
  

8. Drone & Aerial Work

• All drone work complies with Transport Canada regulations.
• Clients confirm property is safe and legally permissible for aerial operations.
• 410 Visuals is not liable for fines, penalties, or accidents arising from unauthorized drone usage.
  
  

9. Editing & Revisions

• Includes basic to advanced color correction and minor retouching.
• Major edits or special effects are subject to additional fees.
• Maximum of two rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed separately.
  
  

10. Confidentiality

• Any sensitive or pre-market property information provided by clients will be treated as confidential.
• Clients agree to protect 410 Visuals proprietary processes, methods, and materials.
  
  

11. Dispute Resolution

• Governing law: Province of Ontario, Canada.
• Any disputes will first be addressed via mediation or arbitration.
• Clients are responsible for legal costs if 410 Visuals must pursue collection of unpaid invoices.
• 
  

12. Miscellaneous

• Force majeure applies to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters and severe weather.
• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between 410 Visuals and the client.
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains enforceable.
  
  

Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with 410 Visuals, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
